PSI/PCI Cylinders

Dale teaches regularly scheduled courses in Fairfax, VA, Boston, MA and Secaucus, NJ as well as specially arranged courses anywhere east of the Mississippi River.  He is a retired Naval Officer and has been actively teaching diving and related subjects for thirty years. He is a NAUI Instructor, a PADI Master Instructor, a member of the NAUI Board of Directors and a PSI/PCI Instructor Training Course Director.
