Search Special Permit numbers. Note: the Search feature does not find expired special permit numbers. If you search for a special permit and it is expired, it will not find the documentation. Also note that with the change back to "SP" from "E" (for Exemption) you will have to search by SP rather than E, regardless what the cylinder marking shows.
